Your order will be delivered within the ‘Estimated Delivery Date’ as committed at the time of order placement. You can check this by selecting your order from the “My Orders” section. Keep a lookout for our order delivery updates.
You can pay through Cash on Delivery, Online Visa/MasterCard, Credit/Debit Card On Delivery, UnionPay Debit/Credit Cards.

Yes, currently we ship in over 800 cites in Pakistan.
You can cancel your order from the ‘Order details’ screen before it is out for delivery.
You can do so by clicking on the Account icon on the bottom of the App Home page > select “Orders” > Select the order which you want to cancel > tap “Cancel”. (Refer Image)
Or else, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and a refund will be processed into the payment source, if the order amount was paid online.
To get the invoice for your order(s), go to the “My Orders” section, tap on the respective order, and you will find an option to download the invoice in a PDF format.
Sorry, once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Please place a fresh order with any modifications.
No, you don’t have to pay for shipping charges when returning a product
You have to initiate a return process within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately after 7 days, we won’t be able to accept return request.
Yes, before processing any order our customer service team will call you on your mentioned cell phone number to verify order.
Warranty policy varies from vendor to vendor and product to product. Quick Care Pharmacy does not offer warranty claims directly. Warranty claims are processed directly through the vendor at their respective service centers.
Not all products come with a warranty. If the products are available with a warranty then it will be clearly mentioned in the product specification or description.
